REVERSALS: Directional Training 2

Is your student able to do the Directional Training sequence?
Here is a second experience, this time with symbols.

Students who can learn to match letters like this are 'seeing forward.'

You can continue to practice with whole words, if you like.

Are they reading 'was' in place of 'saw,' writing 'b' for 'd?'

Check out 'What About Reversals,' then' Naming Twins,' 'About Left-and-Right,' 'Reversals in Writing,' and 'Learn to Write Forward'--all under the 'Reversals' section of The Reading Treehouse.

For whole words, try some Search & Say exercises, under the 'More Walls' section of The Reading Treehouse.
